Surgery at VA caused irreversible damage

Question:

I had back surgery at VA. They accidentally impacted the nerves to my feet and I'm on crutches for almost two years. I am told it is irreversible by several VA and non-VA doctors. Because I signed a surgery waiver I am told I cannot sue. Do you know any other remedies that might be available? Maybe disability? Thanks Jim.I had back surgery at VA Manhattan. Jim's Reply:

I'm not sure who told you that you can't sue but that is wrong. Use Google search for medical malpractice lawyers and start calling.
