You can appeal final denials for disability compensation. Final denials are actual denials and do not include remands. A remand is when the court sends the case back to the office where your original claim came from so they can review it again for further action.
 

If you have a final denial from the Board of Veterans Appeals and want to appeal it, you would need to file your appeal with The U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
